Options Staff

Options has 15 clinical staff working in eight nursing homes in the tri-county area (Lawrence, Limestone, and Morgan counties).  All staff complete a special 30 hour Basic Training program which helps to prepare them to provide services to the geriatric population.

Options staff understand the issues common with those living in a nursing home.   We work with residents who have problems ranging from depression to moderate dementia.  We care about each resident individually and want to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We work closely with the nursing home social worker to make sure no treatment option is left unexplored.
