Sealed Bid Process

The Mental Health Center of North Central Alabama (Owner) will be accepting sealed bids for items listed below. Sealed bids should be submitted to the following address no later than Monday, October 19, 2020 at 11:00 am, at which time they will be publicly opened at the same address. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Please send your sealed bids to:

FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS:

• Vehicles may be seen at 1316 Somerville Road, Decatur, AL location (except for 1991 Ford F600 Truck – located at 1275 Brookwood PVT Dr., Hartselle, AL).
• Mobile homes may be seen at 1303 East Elm Street, Athens, AL. 
• Vehicles and mobile homes will be sold individually, and “as is”. A bidder may submit bids for all vehicles and/or mobile homes; however, each bid must be separate.
• A Vehicle Quote Bid Sheet (CLICK HERE) or Mobile Home Bid Sheet (CLICK HERE) must be completed for each bid.
• Bids must be clearly marked as such; and the specific vehicle number or mobile home number should be recorded on the outside of the sealed bid.
• A deposit of $100.00 (money order or check, no cash) is required with each bona-fide bid and will be refunded to non-successful bidders.
• Successful bidder(s) must pay in full with cashier’s check prior to taking possession of the vehicle or mobile home within 10 days of award.
